Shipping Policy
UK Orders:
- For orders £80 or less: A flat fee of £5 will be charged for shipping and handling.
- For orders over £80: Enjoy free shipping!
International Orders:
- For orders £200 or less: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, and destination.
- For orders over £200: Worldwide free shipping is available!
How long does it take to receive my package?
We process all orders from our Jupiter shop Monday through Friday. Orders under 1lb or £80 are shipped using the most cost-effective method, such as Royal Mail First Class or an equivalent service.
- UK orders: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, and we ship orders within 2-3 business days.
- International orders: Delivery generally takes 7-14 business days via DHL or FedEx, and we ship within the same 2-3 business days.
Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Return Policy
We understand that issues can arise, so we offer a return option for items that are torn or damaged. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, the item must be torn or damaged upon receipt. It must also be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Process:
If you need to return a torn or damaged item, please contact us at pralad69@gmail.com to start the return process. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues:
We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 7 days if the item is torn, damaged, or incorrect.
